We offer fully customized menus tailored to each client’s unique preferences and budget, allowing us to create truly individualized culinary experiences. With no set menu limitations, our chefs are free to design dishes that are as creative and memorable as your event itself.
Our commitment to quality is unwavering. We source 85% of our ingredients from within a 100-mile radius, supporting local farms and ensuring freshness in every bite. Chef Trina Dockery, a graduate of the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, brings a farm-to-table philosophy to every menu, collaborating with UF’s Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences (IFAS) to champion sustainability.

We handle every detail, from linens and glassware to bar tools, tables, and decorations, creating a seamless and stress-free experience. We are also a preferred catering supplier to the University of Florida, with trusted local partnerships and references available upon request.
